Construction parameters

• The temperature of the substrate must be 3°C higher than the dew point. When the temperature of the substrate is lower than 5°C, the paint film will not solidify and it is not suitable for construction.
• After opening the bucket, component A must be mixed evenly.

Steel surface:

• Oil stains, rust, etc. must be thoroughly removed to reach the rust removal standard Sa2.5, and the roughness can reach 30μm-75μm; manual rust removal methods are used, and the rust removal standard St3 must be reached.

Concrete surface:

• The surface of the concrete should be flat, dry, and free of water seepage, floating or stagnant water. The grassroots that has been contaminated by grease and chemicals can be washed with detergent, lye or solvents, or treated by fire roasting, steam blowing, etc., but the grassroots should not be damaged.

Precautions

• During construction in high temperature season, dry spraying is easy to occur. In order to avoid dry spraying, the thinner can be adjusted until it is not dry sprayed.

Transportation and storage:

• The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, to prevent direct sunlight, and to isolate the fire source, away from the heat source in the warehouse.
• When the product is transported, it should be protected from rain, sun exposure, collision, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department.

Security

• The construction site should have good ventilation facilities, and painters should wear glasses, gloves, masks, etc. to avoid skin contact and inhalation of paint mist.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the construction site.
